Westfield Kotara launches The Rooftop today!

Westfield Kotara today opens its Hunter Valley-inspired outdoor dining and entertainment precinct called, The Rooftop. The $55 million redevelopment brings a host of new dinning and entertainment experiences and we’re got all the info.

The Food

Westfield Kotara

It’s Italian food, just like momma used to make. The menu is a fusion of traditional & contemporary dishes from steaks & burgers, to seafood platters & gourmet salads. Frank Criniti, the brainchild behind Criniti’s, was born to humble immigrant parents that landed on Sydney’s shores by boat in the early ‘60s. Food preparation & preservation is central to the Criniti way of life & is where his dreams to establish a traditional Italian eatery stems from, affording people the opportunity to experience authentic Southern Italian food in a restaurant environment.

Zeus Street Greek

Kotara Rooftop

The Zeus philosophy is simple – to use time-honoured methods and family recipes to make real food, with integrity, taste and freshness. We honour our Greek heritage and take joy in bringing our favourite foods to you. Welcome to our family.

Kinn Thai

Kim Thai Restaurant serves Thai dishes that will surely give you a kick on how good this cuisine is. Some of our popular dishes are Curry Puff, Petite Satay Chicken, Pad Thai and Panang Curry. Thai cuisine will never be complete without stir-fried vegetables such as Stir Fried Asian Green and Assorted Vegetables Stir Fried.

Nando’s famous cockerel landed on Australia’s shores in 1990, providing the lucky people of Tuart Hill in Western Australia with a taste of Portuguese-style flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken. Nando’s has since spread it’s wings creating more Nando’s addicts as it opened restaurants in Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and New South Wales.

San Churro

Kotara Rooftop

Chocolate is the beating heart of San Churro. It is our religion and as such we are dedicated devotees to our product and the San Churro experience.

kotara burgers

“Almost everyone craves a burger now and then, but too often I felt compelled to abstain. I’d complain to friends that I could rarely find a burger that didn’t make me feel heavy & bloated. Most agreed and eventually a good friend (sick of my whining) told me to put up or shut up. It was in that pub that the idea of Grill’d was born.”

Mad Mex

“We are committed to serving the best flavours and freshest quality produce that you can roll into a burrito. And more than just food we want to share the vibe and sounds of Mexico in our restaurants”

Noodle Hut

You can find an array of favourite dishes, such as Goong Maprao which features fried prawns with coconut inside of a sweet chilli sauce. The Noodle Hut has many delicious entrees, soups, and curry as well as BBQ for you to delight in. Regardless of what you are craving, you can find something to satisfy you on the menu. Traditional Thai herbs are used in creating everything, including the signature dishes that the chef creates on a regular basis.

Lone Star Rib House

Mosey on down to Lone Star Rib House to be treated to dose of good ol’ fashioned hospitality, where the smiles are as wide as the sky and the flavours are what you’ve come to love.
