The mellifluous melodies and trademark pizzazz of jazz stalwart Vince Jones will resonate through Lake Mac when the ARIA award-winner hits the stage Warners Bay Theatre next month.

Known for his trumpet-toting troubadour persona, Jones is set to bring his breathtaking big band sound to an intimate Sunday afternoon performance at the Lake Mac venue in August.

A contemporary jazz mainstay with an extensive 22-album catalogue, Jones promises to treat attendees to iconic classics from his double platinum soundtrack Come in Spinner, which sold more than half a million copies, including tracks like You Go to My Head and Iโ€™ve Got You Under My Skin.

Fans can also expect a spattering of other favourites like Trustworthy Little Sweethearts, Nature of Power, and Rainbow Cake.

“I really like that beautiful part of the world and I’m looking forward to playing at the Warners Bay Theatre by the water,” Jones said.

“Playing in theatres is the best way to listen to and enjoy music, no distractions just music.”

Vince Jones and his world-class band will hit Warners Bay Theatre on 11 August. For tickets and show information visit lakemac.com.au.
