Get your body to the beach
This is a very important first step. A step that almost rules out the other five. Now there are many ways to get your body to the beach. If you’re lucky, you can walk, but most of us may need to utilise other forms of transport. Biking is also an option, but it’s also hot so an air conditioned bus or car also works well.
Apply sunscreen and other forms of sun protection
This is also very important. Your body cannot be beach body ready if you are not properly protected from the sun. Sunscreen is essential, especially if you and your beach body are planning on staying at the beach together all day.
Source your perfect snack
Did you BYO snacks? Or are you going to time it right to get to the kiosk before the line? Will it be lunch or an early dinner? Nourishing your body is a very important step towards being beach body ready.
Towel, swimmers, dry underwear
How on earth can you be beach body ready if you don’t have the right attire? Or the right towel? Or better still, dry underwear for the drive home. No one likes to feel soggy. Yucky
