What the hell, you’re on holidays, treat your god damn self especially on a Monday night.
But where you ask?
It’s Monday nothing is open right? Wrong kid, strap in for the list.
Di Roma
It’s a pizza parrttyyyyyy. Italian food is the best kind of food and why not swing past Di Roma on Glebe Road? You can eat in (with the option of BYO) as well as takeaway. Also their chocolate mousse is to die for peeps.
The Grand Hotel
The best snitty in town, hands down. Oh and they are open on a Monday so #winning! They also have a pretty extensive menu so if snitty isn’t your thing they have plenty of other options. The whole Monday advantage too is that it’s pretty quiet, you can sit and read a book, snack on some chips and the staff won’t bother you.
The Rooftop
So RIP Tower cinemas, yes, I know, I’m still feeling it too. But you still want/have to go to the movies and the movies also means dinner. It’s a date right? So why not head to the rooftop? There are so many different options, and they aren’t all takeaway and paper cups ya know? Plenty of options, plenty of seating, plenty of parking, you catch my drift?
Ginger Meg’s
It’s pretty unusual for a boutique bar to be open on a Monday night but thankfully Ginger Meg’s has come to the rescue. It’s still one of our newest kids on the block but run by those who aren’t exactly new to the business. Why not head in for cocktails, a killer vibe, and delicious treats to boot?
MoneyPenny
The bar with the friendliest staff in town is also open on a Monday. Paul the manager has this unique way of making every single patrol feel at home which is a great thing, especially on a Monday. Head on in for great beer and cider on tap, as well as cocktails and delicious tapas. You won’t regret it I promise.
