Tonight’s the Night with Ethan Andrews

Inspired by hosts like David Letterman and programs like The Graham Norton Show, Tonight’s the Night with Ethan Andrews at the The Press Book House is a talk show that brings together Newcastle’s most interesting rabble-rousers for an evening of comedy, interviews and live music.

The event, kicking off on January 25 is set to become a recurring event, taking place on the last Monday of each month with a rotating cast of guests.

The eclectic lineup for the debut show on January 25 includes:

  • Father Rod Bower (actual real life priest from the Anglican Parish of Gosford, prominent Twitterer)
  • Jill Emberson (ABC Newcastle broadcaster)
  • Rachel Maria Cox (musician, founder of Sad Grrrls Club)

Ethan Andrews is a stand up comedian from Singleton, New South Wales. He has performed at Brisbane’s Anywhere Festival, the Sydney Fringe and in Newcastle he hosts Madam Speaker, a fortnightly stand up show at Central.

“I just want to talk to interesting Novocastrians, whether their background is from the arts, politics, athletics or somewhere even weirder” says Andrews.

Tickets are just $5,  and are available at the door at The Press Book House and from https://t.co/xKun75brgt
