Local rock legends, The Screaming Jets are embarking on a massive run of tour dates from September. With several chances to catch the band at local(ish) venues, we thought we’d give you a run down of the tour.
After their sell-out 25th anniversary Atomic 47 tour in 2014, the Jets got back down to business and spent the first half of 2015 in the studio laying down tracks for their new, highly anticipated album to be released in October.
The Screaming Jets are now channeling their formidable rock presence back into their live shows with a massive tour that stops into some iconic Australian venues.
“We are absolutely stoked to be playing in these venues,” says lead singer Dave Gleeson.
“Aussie pub stages are a do or die environment,” says Dave. “If you suck, you will be found out within two or three songs – then the trouble starts!”
