The eggcellent people who run The Local Yolk in Lake Macquarie must be cracked their pay what you want (or think is fair) sale is back!
Starting from 8 am today (Monday, 26 September 2022) you can pay what you like for trays of 30 pullet eggs that have been laid by their happy hens. It’s a deal too good to be egg-nored!
The trays will be available egg-xclusively from their Currans Road outlet in Cooranbong.
The Local Yolk says that while a pullet egg is slightly smaller than your usual 600g egg, in their opinion, they are the best-flavoured eggs a chook will ever lay! Every egg is free-range and fresh from the farm and every purchase supports local people.
There are some rules this time around because last time a few bad eggs (bulk buyers) ruined all the fun.
SALE RULES
- Maximum 4 trays (10 dozen) per person
- Min spend 10c per egg. ($3 per tray or 30 eggs)
- No deliveries, holds or prepayments. Pickup only.
- Available until we run out. We have 1500 dozen (just over 2 pallets) of stock available this time.
