Newcastle restaurant Subo has always been known for its innovative approach to fine dining. And now, for a limited time, you can experience that innovation in your own home.
Subo head chef, Michael Portle, has designed a three-course menu that he says is perfect for intimate celebrations, special occasions or to romance a loved one.
The offering, available for pickup or delivery, will give you the Subo experience in your own home by serving up an interactive three-course menu. The interactive part of the experience involves some basic cooking skills that will be sure to impress your significant other.
The Subo at Home menus will constantly change. And just like their regular experience, the dishes on the menu will focus on Australian producers, locality and seasonality. Additional options are also available which can extend the main three-course offering to five courses.
Orders close at 5 pm for pickup or delivery the next day and the restaurant is also offering a selection of wine from the restaurant cellar, so you can really make a night of it.
