Australian comedy troupe Sooshi Mango has announced a new date for their Newcastle Entertainment Centre show.
The local stop on their national Off The Boat Tour was originally booked for Saturday 11 September 2021. But due to ongoing restrictions and uncertainty in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, promoter TEG Dainty has now announced that the remainder of their current national tour has been rescheduled. This includes their Newcastle show.
This weekend, Sooshi Mango was meant to perform at Rod Laver Arena. An achievement, they say they could “never have even dreamed of”.
“We are absolutely devastated that our shows are having to be rescheduled to these later dates,” Joe, Carlo and Andrew said in a statement.
“But good things come to those who wait! We are now counting down the days until we can perform this show we have worked so hard on producing for each and every one of you! Hold your tickets because when we get on that stage we are coming to bring the laughter that you all deserve!”
Fans of the Melbourne comedians, who have taken the internet and the world by storm, will now have to wait until Friday 28 January 2022 to see the trio in action at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit sooshimango.com
