SNACKING: We’re doing it more, but is it good or bad?

A new study reveals that half of Aussies are snacking more in lockdown. A study by YouGov and plant-based snack brand Fancy Plants examined the way Australians’ eating habits have changed since the pandemic and the findings are quite surprising.

But it’s not a bad thing, even though we are snacking we are doing it in a healthy way.

Nutritionist Leanne Ward joined Tracy Mac on Newcastle In The Morning to speak about this new trend and explains the new trend toward “flexitarian” diets.
