Cult favourites Shady Nasty are bringing their explosive live show to Newcastle this weekend, headlining an intimate performance at King Street Band Room with support from Feel The Pain and Secret World.
The Newcastle date is one of just three Australian headline shows announced by the band following their recent tour with UK music icon Mike Skinner and The Streets.
Fans can expect a career-spanning set showcasing tracks from Shady Nasty’s acclaimed 2025 debut album TREK, which was named FBi Radio’s Record of the Year, alongside favourites from the band’s earlier CLUBSMOKE and Bad Posture releases.
Known for their intense and unpredictable performances, Shady Nasty have built a loyal following through a genre-blurring sound that fuses punk, rock, hip hop and electronic influences.
Their live shows have earned a reputation for high energy, making the Newcastle stop one of the band’s most anticipated club performances of the year.
Joining the lineup are Newcastle hardcore outfit Feel The Pain, who have emerged as one of the country’s exciting new heavy acts with their uncompromising sound, alongside Sydney band Secret World, whose blend of hardcore and rock ‘n’ roll has quickly gained attention on the Australian underground scene.
With more special guests still to be announced, the show promises a packed night celebrating some of Australia’s most exciting alternative artists in the intimate surrounds of King Street Band Room.
Shady Nasty, with Feel The Pain and Secret World, will perform at King Street Band Room in Newcastle on Saturday, 4 July, from 7pm. The event is strictly 18+, with tickets available now.
