Raymond Terrace is gearing up for its inaugural Town Street Parade next month.
Organized by the Port Stephens Celtic Association, the event aims to celebrate and thank the local community with local businesses, organizations, schools, community groups, sporting clubs, service organizations, and emergency services invited to participate.
The parade will begin at Riverside Park and proceed along William Street, turning into Sturgeon Street, and conclude at Glenelg Street.
During the parade, each participating group will be announced by an MC on the stage in the centre of William Street.
Following the street parade, Terrace Central and the Rotary Club of Raymond Terrace will host the second Terrace Central Christmas Community Day.
The festivities include free rides for children, complimentary sausage sandwiches for adults, and free photos with Santa (BYO Camera).
All donations from the event will support the local Rural Fire Service.
The Town Street Parade will take over Raymond Terrace on Saturday, 9 December. Individuals interested in volunteering for either event can contact the Rotary Club of Raymond Terrace by emailing email@example.com. To register to participate in the Town Parade visit trybooking.com/CMRXB.
