On Thursday 8th October, MERGE will bring together 30 local emerging artists spanning fashion, music, visual and performing arts, music and more for a one night extravaganza at the Great Northern Hotel. MERGE is the fifth of six emerging arts showcases to be run by RAW Newcastle in 2015 and this showcase is packed wall to wall with Newcastle’s best emerging creatives.
Showcase Director Cass Looveer is thrilled to be bringing you another group of Newcastle’s best emerging talent at the upcoming MERGE showcase.
“The walls between traditional creative pursuits have been torn down in the modern era and we yet we are still stuck with so many traditional outlets for today’s artists. RAW showcases focus on providing emerging artists with a vibrant and dynamic platform to show their work and not confining them to a traditional space and environment to do that within.”
