BREAKING THE SILENCE: Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day

Today is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. This year, Red Nose are encouraging people to break their silence and share their story of pregnancy and baby loss.

Every year, around 110,000 Australians have a miscarriage. 2,200 more endure the pain of stillbirth, 600 lose their baby in the first 28 days after birth and many more face the grief of termination for medical reasons.

Louise from The Juice spoke to two local women about their experience and why it’s important to break the silence and acknowledge the heartbreak.

Grief & loss support is avlaible 24 hours a day on 1300 308 307
