One good turn deserves another and in the case of The Spiegeltent that certainly rings true.
And the funky little cabaret/comedy fest will return to Civic Park next year, bringing an encore production of the hugely successful 2018 show Blanc de Blanc for another bawdy season.
Most recently in town from May to June, The Spiegeltent gave us a massive line-up of entertainment including the sold-out cabaret show Deluxe Deluxe and a raft of top-level comedians such as Wil Anderson, Dave Hughes, Matt Okine and Joel Creasey.

Spiegeltent,” Scott Maidment, founding director of production company Strutt & Fret said.
“We can’t wait to introduce our latest circus-cabaret corruption, Blanc de Blanc Encore, which dives back into the Blanc de Blanc world that Newcastle gulped back with enthusiasm in 2018”.

Speaking of which, Blanc de Blanc Encore resurrects the champagne-soaked bacchanal of the original, inviting the audience to pop a bottle and indulge their senses in a hedonistic swirl of live jazz, thrilling circus tricks, side-splitting risqué comedy and death-defying acrobatics.

So if this run is anything like the first, Blanc de Blanc Encore promises to be a show not to be missed.
