Lake Macquarie’s One Act Play Festival will hit Warners Bay Theatre, baramayiba, later this month for two nights of short, sharp and exhilarating original one-act plays.

This year’s festival will see both established and emerging creatives and performing artists from the region share original stories that explore life, health, and environmental themes.

With 13 original works in the running to take home prizes this year, theatre lovers will be able to experience a diverse range of stories and styles, all brought to life by local performers over the two festival nights.

YOU BE THE JUDGE

One of the most exciting things about this festival is that you, the audience, have the power to help determine the winners, alongside a judging panel of industry professionals.

You’ll be judging all the original works written and submitted by locals alongside national and international playwrights.
