Olive Tree gets into the spirit with Christmas Market Festival

It might’ve had to get into the festive spirit virtually in 2020, but the ever-popular Olive Tree Market will be celebrating the season in style this year.

Yep, that’s right shopping hounds. After making a welcome return to Civic Park last weekend, the Olive Tree Christmas Market Festival will kick off on Saturday 4 December.

If ever there was a time to support local, handmade and ethically created goods, it’s definitely this year. And the Olive Tree Christmas Market festival is the perfect place to show some local love.

With more than 150 artists, designers and boutique food producers showing off their wares at this extra special market event, if you can’t find that special gift for that someone who has everything, you’re probably not looking hard enough!

Honestly, there are just too many to list here…you’ll just have to head to Civic Park to see for yourself!

Upping the FOMO ante, a collective of creatives will be making ‘one market only’ special guest appearances and many makers will also be creating one-off unique goods especially for Christmas.

It’s the perfect time to pick up delicious gourmet foods, created by boutique producers, for your Christmas hamper, festive celebrations, and to share with your loved ones on Christmas day.

“Our Australian artists, designers, and makers will be so grateful for your support, and your loved ones will receive stunning goods created with love and care this festive season,” festival organiser Justine Gaudry said.

The Olive Tree Christmas Market Festival is on at Civic Park on Saturday 4 December from 9am to 2pm. Head here for more information.
