Amyl & The Sniffers will headline the bill of a new music festival that will hit Newcastle later this year alongside acts like The Mark Of Cain and Downgirl.
Off The Rails is a two-stop festival that will take over the forecourt at the University of Newcastle’s Bar On The Hill before heading to Sydney over the October long weekend.
Event organisers, The Music and Booze Company, sure know how to throw a party too.
Some of the other bangers the company have worked on include Bad Friday, King Street Carnival and Newtown’s Country and Inner Western festival
Other acts joining the headliners for the festival include Melbourne punks Private Function, Brisbane’s Full Flower Moon Band and absolute show-stoppers RVG.
Local band Dust has also been announced on the bill which will hit Sydney the day after the Newcastle event but won’t play the local show.
