Newcastle muso, David Javier to release album

Novocastrian musician and producer, David Javier has been working an album for over a year now. The album, called Back & Forth will get its first public airing on April 7 at Bar Petite in Newcastle. 

The retrospective album, features a posse of local artists including; Horenco (Damian Hoar), Crocq Lucero, Patrice (KB), Komiti Levai, Elisa Kate, Gerda Condon and Moe Omran.

The album promises a musical journey back to the classic sounds and grooves of 90’s.  Dave has used a blend of organic sounds from traditional instruments, blended with his electronic influences,

David Javier had already carved his name as one of the finest and most sought after live musicians in the industry. He regularly performs in Newcastle bands, The Rumour, The White Band and Overtone just to name a few.

Produced in association with Holliday music, Dave has released a series of videos in which he and the album’s featured artists talk about the recording and their friendship with Dave. Check them out below.
