NBN Television says goodbye to its Mosbri Crescent studios

NBN Television has been broadcasting from their studios at Mosbri Crescent in Newcastle for almost 60 years.

Now part of the Nine Network media behemoth, the Newcastle Broadcasting NSW has set up a new home on Honeysuckle Drive.

To celebrate all the years broadcasting from The Hill, the network has put together a nostalgic retrospective called, Goodbye Mosbri which will air in November.

TheMosbri Crescent studios sprang to life on 4 March 1962. Since then the NBN team have produced live and local programs, record-breaking telethons and the award-winning NBN News service.

NBN News anchors Natasha Beyersdorf and Paul Lobb will look back and celebrate memorable moments that have made locals laugh and cry whilst informing and entertaining them.

Goodbye Mosbri will air on Sunday 7 November at 5:30 pm.
