If you, and your Kentucky Waterfall, think you’ve got what it takes to reign supreme in the country’s most hair-raising competition then we’ve got news for you!
Mulletfest is running its first-ever online-only heat which means the competition is now open to mullets from all over Australia who haven’t had the opportunity to get to a face-to-face heat.
Winners from each category, chosen by a panel of Mulletfest judges, will receive a wild card entry into the Kurri Kurri grand final in December where they will battle it out for the 2022 crown.
All entrant photos will also be added to the Mulletfest Facebook page for public voting and the chance to take home the People Choice Award.
And if being recognised for sporting one of the nation’s best Hairdos wasn’t enough inspiration to enter your celebrated locks, the winner will not only get a wild card entry to the Grand Final but also get a bonus prize thanks to our event sponsors, Volley.
Winners will get to choose a pair of shoes from the Volley heritage range which celebrates the company’s most loved designs.
Muletfest and Volly started working together to raise money for Black Dog Institute after the brand came up with its iconic mullet shoe.
Entries for the online Mulletfest heat close at midnight on 31 July 2022. For more information and entry, details visit mulletfest.com.au.
