Newcastle treat barons, DoughHeads have teamed up with Ms Mary at Crystalbrook Kingsley for a holy high tea you won’t want to miss.

Running for just six weekends, from 15 November, the high tea will blend DoughHeadsโ€™ gourmet doughnuts with Ms Maryโ€™s upscale culinary offerings for a boujee experience like no other.

DoughHeads has created three unique doughnut flavours for the exclusive collaboration including a strawberry champagne-glazed doughnut adorned with freeze-dried raspberries, a naughty little number featuring honey buttercream and lotus biscuit crumble and Pina Colada Cheesecake doughnut – Oh my!

“Weโ€™re thrilled to bring our iconic doughnuts to Ms Maryโ€™s renowned high tea,” DoughHeads founder, Anna Farthing said.

“Itโ€™s a true celebration of what we both stand for exceptional quality, locally sourced ingredients, and a dash of fun and creativity.”

The Ms Maryโ€™s culinary team will be bringing the savoury game to the high tea with a selection of inventive bites including an heirloom tomato and olive tart, paired with whipped goatโ€™s curd and fresh basil, as well as pastrami-cured salmon served on rye with crรจme fraรฎche.

“This collaboration is an exciting twist on a timeless tradition, blending DoughHeadsโ€™ playfulness with the luxury and sophistication of Ms Mary at Crystalbrook Kingsley,” Executive Chef at Crystalbrook Kingsley, Matthew Smith said.

The whole experience will set you back $79 per person including unlimited tea, coffee, and a complimentary glass of bubbles.

The Ms Mary x DoughHeads High Tea will be offered each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 11:00 am and 1:30 pm for just six weekends, from 15 November. Reservations must be made by 12:00 pm on the Wednesday preceding at crystalbrookcollection.com.
