Moaning Lisa To Breeze Through Newy

Our fair capital is known for many things. And when I say capital I don’t mean the capital of our fair teeny tiny town (because that will open a whole new kettle of fish) I literally mean the capital of this great Southern land. Roundabouts, clean streets, government types and many an army brat. But… believe it or not, it’s actually host to a whole bunch of amazing up and coming bands. Skeptical? Well, you’re in luck. One of our favourites, the incredible Moaning Lisa, are headed this way to play the Hamilton Station Hotel on the 26th of October.

If you were lucky enough to be bopping about when everyone’s favourite sons RAAVE TAPES shut down the Argyle House, the Canberra four piece, lead fiercely by both Charlie and Hayely on vocals, were the ultimate standout (you heard it here first). Playing a string of tunes with gusto and passion whilst forever paying homage to all things punk, the Canberra kweens are anything and everything a true punk fan could hope for.

Supported by local favourites PALS and Underachiever (aka ya bois) as well as bonafide sweethearts from Sydney, Library Siesta, this is surely a show not to be missed… No seriously you should not miss this show.

Check out the Facebook event for all the sweet deets.
