The Hunter Valley’s Pop-Up Wine & Food Festival, Meet The Makers, is happening again this year at McNamara Park in Broke on Saturday, July 25. Now in its second year, the festival gives you the chance to get up close and personal with the people who put the food on your plate & the wine in your glass.

As part of the Singleton Festival, Meet The Makers gives lovers of boutique regional wines, olives of all varieties, artisan markets, quality food & sophisticated fine dining an opportunity to indulge in all the elements over a sumptuous day & night.

Starting at 8:30am, guests are able browse the collection of artisan, craft & food stalls & listen to great live music from Jasmin Jones & friends.  10am sees the opening of the Wine & Olive Tasting Marquee where for just $10 you can taste boutique wines, gourmet olive products & speak with the people who bring them to life.

At 6:30pm, the festival kicks off its Black Tie Dinner under a beautifully decorated marquee. Guests can indulge in a 4-course meal for $95pp, including live dinner music from Jack Dawson & the dance the night away to swinging jazz from Newcastle’s best jazz outfit Half Nelson.
