Jet, Grinspoon, The Veronicas, Spiderbait, Jebediah, Magic Dirt and Youth Group will all descend on Speers Point Park in Lake Macquarie in March for Lookout music festival.
Following the huge success of its inaugural edition last year, this year’s festival is shaping up to take things to another level… And, for us, it all starts and ends with a killer lineup.
Leading the charge is the mighty Jet, whose anthems like Are You Gonna Be My Girl and Cold Hard Bitch have dominated radio for decades. Fresh from their 2023 induction into the ARIA Hall of Fame, the Melbourne-born rockers continue to whip audiences into shape with their raw energy and dynamic sets that showcase tracks from their iconic debut, Get Born to their more recent hits
Joining Jet is Grinspoon, a band whose rifftastic music and unmatched live shows have dominated the Australian music landscape for over 25 years. Their latest album, whatever, whatever, marked a rejuvenation for the band, blending ferocity with fresh perspectives under the guidance of producer Oscar Dawson. As always they are set to deliver a set as adrenaline-pumping set at Lookout 2025.
The Veronicas too will be bringing their iconic live show to the lineup. With global hits like Untouched and 4 Ever, the twin sisters have consistently broken barriers, blending genres and captivating audiences across continents. Fresh off the success of their 2024 longplayer their set is sure to be a highlight of the festival, weaving nostalgia with the electrifying energy.
Spiderbait, Jebediah, Magic Dirt, and Youth Group reads like the top of the card for most Aussie festivals, so you know you’re in for a pretty good day when they’re kicking things off. Whether it’s Spiderbait’s genre-defying sound, Jebediah’s infectious pop hooks, Magic Dirt’s raw suburban storytelling Loutout 2025 is in good hands.
