With continued uncertainty around life at the moment, Lifeline Hunter Central Coast has been urging local people not to suffer in silence if the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic are weighing on their mental health.

Lifeline Regional manager, Julie Wicks, told Tracy Mac that Lifeline is here to listen and to offer hope.
