Local Noble Barons Home Brew Supply stores will be hosting free learn to brew Open Days this November with brewing workshops and barbecue and smoking demos.
During the workshops budding home brewers will get a step-by-step how to put down their first brew with a standard, store-bought starter kit with experts explaining the importance of cleaning and sanitising, styles of beers you can brew at home, the different ingredients and equipment available and demonstrate how to brew from Fresh Wort Kits (FWK’s).
Attendees will also get the chance to brew an all-grain recipe on using the Grainfather brewing system and be shown how to bottle and keg their own beers.
And if that wasn’t enough… you’ll also get to taste some beer.
The open-day events will also see the Noble Barons Home Brew Supply team firing up the barbecue and smoker to showcase their range of meat rubs and smoking chips.
The first Learn to Home Brew open day will be held at Port Stephens Brew Shop on Shearwater Drive in Taylors Beach, this Saturday, 5 November 2022, from 10 am until 2 pm.
Weston Brew Shop will host its open day on Saturday, 12 November 2022 and the Newcastle Brew Shop will open its doors on Orlando Road in Lambton on Saturday, 26 November 2022.
