The iconic pop-up picnic, Le Dîner En Blanc 2024 rolls into town as part of Newcastle Food Month in April.
Promising an unforgettable evening of sophistication, live music, exquisite catering, local wines, and, of course, le champagne, Le Dîner En Blanc will see more than 1000 guests don their finest all-white ensembles and head to a secret location around the city.
Originating in Paris in 1988, Le Dîner En Blanc has become a global phenomenon, and Newcastle is set to host this intimate and effortlessly chic gathering. The concept is simple yet elegant: participants, elegantly dressed in white, gather at a secret location, creating a sea of white in a pop-up, highly secretive public space. Guests bring their own tables, chairs, and creative table settings, contributing to the unique charm of the event.
First Creek will also return as the wine partner for the 2024 event. They join the other event partners Charlestown Square, Lexus of Newcastle, and the Crystalbrook Kingsley Hotel.
Pork Ewe Deli will handle all the catering, and a mystery chef is set to unveil creative and tantalizing new offerings for the guests.
Ticket releases will be in phases, with Phase 1 invitations already issued for previous attendees, Phase 2 for invited guests of friends will open on 30 January with Phase 3 Waitlist invitations sent out on 3 February.
For those yet to register for an invitation, now is the time to join the waitlist and secure a spot!
