Lake Macquarie City Council has established a special entertainment precinct during April in partnership with local Wangi businesses and the NSW Government.

Lake Macquarie was one of three councils selected to trial special entertainment precincts in NSW.

Inner West Council and City of Sydney were also selected to host a Special Entertainment Precinct and if the pilot is successful, the program will be rolled out to councils across NSW.

The local council are using the opportunity to give a platform for business and creatives to thrive on stage in hopes of offering a much-needed boost for the entertainment industry and nightlife in Lake Mac.

Below you’ll find a guide to some of the live music events happening as part of the trial. You can see a full rundown of events by visiting lakemac.com.au.
