Are you a fan of takeaway fried chicken but hate the fact that you have to put pants on to go and pick it up?
Well the stars have certainly aligned for you because the tech boffins over at KFC Australia have launched a new delivery service meaning all of your chook cravings can be satisfied with a few clicks, or is that clucks?
Through the fast-food giant’s partnership with DoorDash, the new delivery service is available via the KFC app and, to celebrate this milestone of culinary achievement, if you place an or via the app over the next two weeks, and that order contains at least one of the recently returned Burger Towers, the delivery fee will disappear from the checkout.
“What is this sorcery?” you may ask. Well, as KFC Australia’s Chief Marketing Officer Kristi Woolrych explains:
“We’ve listened to our fans, and we’ve made ordering even easier for them by launching a delivery service via the KFC App,” she said.
“This means our great deals, exclusive limited-time products, endless customisations, Secret Menu offers, click & collect service, and now delivery are all in the same spot. To celebrate the launch of our new service, we’re offering free delivery for two weeks when our fans order the Tower Burger on the KFC App!”
So if it’s your turn to slave over the hot stove and you truly couldn’t be bothered, just hop on the app, place your order and viola! Your dinner is sorted.
If you want to take advantage of the free delivery offer, you have until Monday 22 March to make that dream a reality!
