The Howlin Country music festival is set to transform the Newcastle Foreshore into a country music paradise this February.

THE LINEUP
Headlining the festival is Tyler Childers, the seven-time Grammy nominee whose Australian tour is nearly sold out. Known for his powerful, roots-driven sound, Childers’ set promises to be one of the most unforgettable live performances of the year.
Joining Tyler at the top of the bill are fan favourites Brad Cox, Sons of the East, and Taylor Moss, offering a blend of country rock, folk harmonies, and upbeat anthems to keep spirits high.
The newly announced second wave brings even more excitement to the bill. S.G. Goodman, the Kentucky singer-songwriter praised for her vivid storytelling, and Willi Carlisle, whose folk-infused Americana has won him a loyal following, is not to be missed. Adding to the lineup are emerging Australian acts like Finnian Johnston, Hudson Rose, and Sara Berki, who highlight the depth of local country talent.
THE FROGPOND
The team at Howlin are turning the iconic Frog Pond into a second stage for the festival.
It’s a space that will offer up intimate experiences with emerging artists throughout the day and, as night falls, the Frog Pond will transform into a high-energy country party, featuring Y.O.G.A. and Cheap Whisky DJs spinning tracks to close out the festival in style.

Tickets Are Selling Fast: Final release tickets are on sale now, and with the buzz surrounding Howlin, they won’t last long. Head to howlin.country to secure your spot.
What to Bring: Pack the essentials—sunscreen, a hat, a refillable water bottle, and comfortable footwear for a full day of dancing and walking.
Getting There: Newcastle Foreshore is easily accessible but we 100% recommend public transport for this one.
