The Women in Hospitality Scholarship is back for another year.
Championing the future of female industry leaders, the program aims to support women already in hospitality leadership roles or those with significant exposure to management positions.
Applications for the highly anticipated 2024 intake of the Women in Hospitality Scholarship will open on Wednesday, 7 February.
The initiative offers recipients invaluable opportunities to delve into their unique work styles, develop effective leadership strategies, and expand their industry networks.
“There are unlimited career opportunities for women within our industry and this program has the potential to unlock key leadership strategies and help participants become part of the future of hospitality – whether that’s here or anywhere around the world,” AHA Newcastle Hunter President Mick Starkey said.
Among the program’s highlights are personalized coaching sessions, utilization of the HBDI (Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument) tool for profiling, mentorship access, and the establishment of a strong support network among like-minded women.
Aspiring female leaders in the hospitality sector are encouraged to apply for a chance to enhance their leadership skills and advance their careers.
