The local property market is really heating up with local real estate agents saying they’re receiving more inquires per property than ever before.
Ryan Houston from PRD told Newcastle Live Radio that agents are now seeing a lot of people coming up from Sydney, Central Coast and places like Orange and Armidale who are drawn to the local area by our education and lifestyle options.
He spoke to Tracy Mac on Newcastle in the Morning about where local first-time buyers can still get into the market.
