Ex Screaming Jet on the cover of the Telstra White Pages

Ex Screaming Jets drummer & rock school owner, Craig Rosie Rosevear took to radio yesterday to announce that he’ll be the new ‘face’ of the Telstra white pages.

AS a drummer, Craig ‘‘Rosie’’ Rosevear is often assigned to the back of stage.

But the Merewether rocker and music teacher will be front and centre on the cover of this year’s Newcastle White Pages and Yellow Pages.

The Screaming Jets drummer and founder of Rosie’s School of Rock was selected under this year’s theme of ‘‘Inspiring Others to Achieve’’, which recognises unsung heroes helping others to realise their goals.

‘‘It’s fantastic, there is a real buzz about it,’’ Rosevear said.

‘‘It’s a great acknowledgement of what we’ve been doing over the last few years, which is creating confidence in kids through music.
