Women Embrace Sailing 3 Week Learn To Sail Course
Wind in your hair, sun on your face! Ever wanted to get out on the water and learn to sail? Whether you are a seasoned sailor or a complete beginner this adventure is designed to introduce women to the wonderful world of sailing. Its easy to learn in this safe, supportive and fun enviroment.

About The Adventure
Whether you’re a complete begining wanting to learn to sail or looking to brush up on your skills our highly qualified sailing instructors from the Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club Sailing Academy provide everything you need to have really have a good time out on the water.
This three week course, held on Wednesday nights, is taught at a beginner level but enjoyable for all levels. Our Learn to Sail Adventure is a fab way to enjoy the great outdoors, get active out on the water and have some fun with a group of great ladies.
Your Women Embrace Adventure Host will be there to provide support, encouragement and help you take a step outside of your comfort zone. They’ll also ensure you have a great time and provide a relaxed and fun experience for everyone. All safety gear, equipment and instruction is provided.

Date: 3 Wednesday’s, Feb 24th , March 3rd, March 10th
Time: Start 5:15 pm for 5:30 pm start – finish 7:30 pm (Finish approx. 9:30 pm on March 10th after the ‘Sailabration’)
Meeting Place: Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club, 95 Hannell St, Wickham NSW 2293 (will email specifics)

What’s included:
-Qualified Sailing Instructors (1:4 instructor to student ratio)
-Women Embrace Adventure (WEA) Host
-All Sailing equipment, Force 24 Keel Boats, PFD’s (life jackets), gloves
-Sailing safety briefing and all instruction
-After sail cool drink in the Yacht Club

-Dinner & Drink ‘Sailabration’ on the last night, at Nor East Bistro NCYC
-Photos of your adventure that will be uploaded after each week to the facebook event page
