The Importance of Being Earnest

8:00pm - 10:30pm
Maitland Repertory Theatre
244 High St, Maitland, NSW, 2320

From the organiser...

Maitland Repertory Theatre is excited to be able to welcome back audiences and to bring Oscar Wilde’s most famous comedy, ‘a trivial comedy for serious people’, to our stage to end 2021.

Ernest Worthing, who lives at the Albany, has a striking reputation for being unfortunate. Everyone knows him, but somehow no one has ever met him…

“The Importance of Being Earnest” is directed by Nicholas Thoroughgood and Rylee O’Rourke, who are assisted by Gabrielle Johns.
