Remembrance Day at Cardiff RSL

10:15 am until 11:30 am

This year Remembrance Day is commemorating the 101 year anniversary of the armistice that marked the end of the First World War.
Remembrance Day is observed on 11 November in most countries to recall the end of hostilities of the First World War on that date in 1918. Hostilities formally ended “at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month”.
2019 Remembrance Day also marks the 80th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II in 1939. This was a global war that lasted until 1945.

Come and join us here at the Cardiff RSL to commemorate Remembrance Day for 2019.
Service will begin at 10:15am.
