Nature, climate change and waste are among the topics of the four feature films to be screened at Glendale Event Cinemas every Wednesday in May.

All screenings will be followed by a Q&A session with an expert guest presenter.

A time-lapse journey into the magical, mysterious and medicinal world of fungi and their power to heal, sustain and contribute to the regeneration of life on Earth.

SHOWING May 12 – Rubber Jellyfish
Exploring the impact helium balloons are having on global endangered marine wildlife populations – especially sea birds and sea turtles.

SHOWING May 19 – The Weather Diaries
Feature documentary made by a mother concerned about the future for her daughter; a musician emerging in the shadow of the twin threats of climate change and mass extinction.

SHOWING May 26 – Peloton Against Plastic
Follows a bicycle ride that aims to share the stories of people combating the plastic pollution problem around the globe, particularly South East Asia and Australia.
