Practical, yet profound Simple, and Clear:
An introduction to meditation, as taught in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
This class takes you on a journey to discover for yourself first-hand the practice of meditation, as taught in the Buddhist tradition. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience, this interactive course provides everything you need to start meditating or to deepen your practice. Filled with clear and simple advice on how to practise, and how to develop mindfulness and awareness both ‘on the cushion’ (or chair) and in daily life, this course will support you in your own personal journey of discovering, establishing and deepening the practice of meditation.
Led by meditation instructors with many years of experience, you’ll explore key themes and instructions, drawing on advice from the Buddhist teachings as well as insights and findings from recent scientific research.
Each session consists of practice, discussion and interactive group investigation, and includes a comprehensive workbook and audio guided meditations to support your practice at home.
