Justin Lees: ‘As we all play parts of tomorrow’
1:00pm - 5:00pmBlackstone Gallery Newcastle
470 Hunter St, Newcastle, NSW
From the organiser...
We are delighted to announce the relaunch of ‘As We all play parts of tomorrow’ a solo exhibition by JUSTIN LEES presented by Blackstone Gallery and sponsored by Sea Salt and Sage Catering, Philter Brewing, Moorooduc Estate and Aaron Framed It.
Justin’s work is big, bright, vivid and reminiscent of abstract expressionism from New York in the 1970s. Justin draws on feelings and memories through his work, using abstraction and broad strokes of colour, along with the quickness and free flowing nature of finer strokes that are almost signature like in appearance.
Due to Covid restrictions, we can only hold 15 guests at a time at the opening so if you can make it please let us know a good time for you to attend between 1pm and 5pm at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can space people out through out the afternoon. It would be a great help to us and will insure we are keeping in line with social distancing policies.
Please RSVP to this email ( email@example.com) by June 11th at 5pm 🙂 We would love to see you for some champagne, wine, beer and appreciate some gob smacking new work by this exciting Newcastle based artist.
Marguerite, Tim and Justin.
