FLASH MOB Meditation
11:30 am until 11:45 am
As part of Newcastle Health and Fitness Festival I will be hosting a free 15min Flash Mob Meditation at 11:30am.
Invite your friends, family, your pooch as together we take a moment to stop, drop and meditate.
This simple meditation will be using your breath and checking within. Noticing what happens to your mind and body when you take just a moment to slow down. Noticing the deep connection you can cultivate within your self and the world around you.
Meditation has scientifically proven benefits for the brain, your parasympathetic nervous system, emotional and general wellbeing.
Wether it’s your first time meditating or you have a daily practice, please join me in the joy and peace that can be found in meditation.
