Well, if you like your dining experiences to be peppered with more than a little bit of danger, pizza giant Domino’s has you covered this Halloween.
You might want to have some milk at the ready for this one because Domino’s is laying down the challenge to ‘roll the spice dice’ with a spot of Pizza Roulette.
The concept is as simple as it is terrifying. Pick any pizza on a classic base and one slice will come possessed with Reaper Chilli Sauce.
Made with the hottest chilli in the world, the Carolina Reaper Chilli Pepper, which ranks at a blazing 2.2 million on the Scoville Scale, this is one Halloween ‘trick’ that would even Leatherface would baulk at.
Domino’s Australia and New Zealand Chief Marketing Officer Adam Ballesty said those who experienced last year’s Pizza Roulette will be in for a surprise with the latest iteration.
“We’re turning up the heat this Halloween with Domino’s Reaper Chilli Sauce – it really is like a game of roulette,” he said.
“If you love chilli, then you’ll want to be the lucky one to bite into the slice possessed with heat, but if you’re spice adverse… well, RIP tastebuds.
“We’ve added a warning label to every box, so that should indicate the level of spiciness we’re talking here – there’s no tricking going on with this sauce!”
If you think you’ve got what it takes to complete this challenge, you’ll have to be quick because these spooky discs of terror will only be available until Sunday 31 October.
