Daniel Johns has been nominated for APRA Song Of The Year for his track I Feel Electric which was featured on his most recent solo album FutureNever.
The three-time APRA Songwriter Of The Year award winner was nominated alongside co-writers Laura Raia, Maxwell Bidstrup (pka MXXWLL) and Mark Landon (pka M-Phazes).
Other nominees for the Peer-Voted APRA Song Of The Year award include Julia Jacklin, Archie Roach, Flume and King Stingray.
King Stingray songwriters Yirrลa Gotjiringu Yunupingu and Roy Kellaway have also been named in the Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year category, which is determined by the APRA Board of Writer and Publisher Directors.
Other award nominees include Miiesha, Kylie Chirunga, Rumor duo Lenny Pearce and Mitchell Curley, Jerome and Jacob Farah, Jordan Rakei, Cosmoโs Midnight, Brothers with Joel Fletcher, Ash Grunwald, Kristy Lee Peters, Taylor Moss, Becca Hatch, Casey Barnes, James Johnston, Nixon Jackson, Hilltop Hoods, and the legendary Joe Camilleri among many others.
