It’s the slab of sweet heaven that hasn’t been seen on Aussie shelves since 2012. Well, good news chocoholics because Cadbury has revealed that it will be bringing back its super popular Dairy Milk Marble block.

The confectionery giant has bowed to public pressure, spurred by the 21,141-person strong Bring Back Cadbury Marble Facebook page which has spent the past few years ‘fighting tooth and nail’ to convince Cadbury to bring back the blend of milk and white chocolate filled with hazelnut praline.

And it seems that the squeaky wheel gets the glass and a half of full cream milky chocolate goodness as a post shared to the page purportedly from Cadbury revealing its plans for the choc block.

“We have been absolutely blown away by the amount of support and love that you have for one of our classic flavours,” the post read.

“Please be assured that every plea, petition and comment has been heard – and we have been working hard to bring back what you want.

“We can officially confirm we’re bringing Cadbury Dairy Milk Marble back! And it’s because of each and every one of you.”

While no official word has been given about when chocoholics can expect to satiate their appetite for this sweet treat, it is anticipated they will be back on the scene in a matter of months.
