Chicken Brothers is located on Belford Street, Broadmeadow.
Don’t let the sign for Chicking out the front fool you. This is Chicken Brothers. and the place to go for KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) flavour.
Look, we know it’s not the most inviting venue – the shop front has become somewhat of a storage room. Takeaway is the order of the day and, with that, we are a-ok.
Plus, it is what’s inside the burger that counts.
A dollop of mayo, fresh lettuce and tomato, cheese, the crispiest freshest fried chicken you could crave, topped with a generous spread of Gochujang.
We finished up with a satisfied belly and a good smudge of that slightly sweet, spiced chilli paste on our face.
For $10.50 we think that is pretty sweet value. And you can choose between Teriyaki, Korean and Garlic Aioli fried chicken burgers. Or grilled chicken, if you feel so inclined.
For $6 you can also add a drink and large hot chips – the chips were a salty, crispy sensation so, why not?
Chicken Brothers also offer whole and half fried chickens and wings. If you don’t want to wait about – because everything here is cooked to order – you can make an online order for pick up through their website.
For your fried chicken burger cravings, Chicken Brothers is open 11am – 9pm Monday to Saturday.
