CELLULOID COMEBACK: Cinemas will reopen to the public from this week!

Good news cinephiles!

After what seems like an eternity, cinemas across the region will be turning on the popcorn machines and firing up the projectors again this week.

From Thursday 2 July, Event Cinemas (Kotara and Glendale), Reading Cinemas (Charlestown and Maitland) and Hoyts (Charlestown) will reopen to the public with limited screenings (subject to restrictions)

To help you out of the streaming service fugue state you’ve been wallowing in for the past few months, here is your guide to all of the big screen fare you can go and check out an an actual, no foolin’ cinema!
