You won’t be able to miss the bright pink NiXX DRINX trailer when you’re walking around the Olive Tree Christmas Market this weekend.

Whether you’re after a caffeinated or non-caffeinated beverage to enhance your festive shopping at this year’s first Civic Park festive market, owners Nichole and Nick will have you sorted.

“Each drink is highly customisable, allowing customers to personalise ingredients, flavour, cold foam and sweetness levels to create the perfect beverage,” they said.

“Our most popular drinks right now are the Sticky Iced Caramel and Strawberry Matcha.”

NiXX DRINX are just one of the food and beverage vendors locked in for this weekend’s market, the first of four Christmas Markets Olive Tree have planned for Newcastle over the 2024 silly season.

They’ll join debut stallholders like Olympic and world champion skateboarder Poppy Starr, who’ll be selling her eclectic collection of art and jewellery and Bondi lifeguard Anthony Glick, who creates functional art like beach towels and notebooks.

Alongside the shopping and food, this weekend’s market will also feature live music, a flower Crown making workshop, a stack of children’s activities and book readings of Tutu Magic, by author and illustrator Rachael Shields.

The first of four Olive Tree Christmas Markets is happening this Saturday, 2 November at Civic Park on the corner of King and Darby Streets in Newcastle. Visit theolivetreemarket.com.au to find out more.
