BUZZCOCKS: Seminal punk rockers hit town in October

English punk rockers, Buzzcocks will roll into Newcastle this October as part of their national tour.

Loved worldwide for their signature blend of short, sharp guitar punk pop, Buzzcocks have carved out a revered place in the music world with their catchy tunes and energetic performances. Their influential sound has garnered a global army of fans and inspired countless bands over the years.

The show at King Street in October is part of a national tour that will see the band celebrate their essential punk discography.

We’re talking tracks like What Do I Get, Orgasm Addict, Promises, and Ever Fallen In Love (With Someone You Shouldn’t Have Fallen In Love With) just to name a few.

Although the lineup has seen changes over the years, the current roster features constant Buzzcocks member Steve Diggle on lead vocals and guitar, along with Chris Remington on bass, and Danny Farrant on drums.

Buzzcocks will play the King Street Bandroom on Thursday, October 31. For tickets and more info visit davidroywilliams.com/tours/buzzcocks2024.
