Busby Marou Farewell Fitzroy

Rockhampton-based duo Busby Marou have scored three nominations in two categories for the annual National Indigenous Music Awards. Scoring a nomination for Album Of The Year for Farewell Fitzroy and Song Of The Year for double chances.

The duo who hit Newcastle on August 22 for their show at the Cambridge Hotel  have been kicking some massive goals recently with their self-titled debut album, Busby Marou going gold for the sale of 35,000 albums in Australia and around the world.

On stage, Busby Marou’s core element – the intertwining vocal interplay of the two long-time pals – is magic. Unpretentious, best mates, and always ready to have fun, the show at the Cambridge in August is bound to be one of the highlights on this years local concert calendar.

Tickets are now on sale for the August 22nd show via Bigtix.
