One of Hamilton’s newest venues, Meantime, will be transformed into a New Orleans-themed bar later this month.
Bourbon St on Beaumont St promises all the colour & spice of the Big Easy with cajun & creole dishes and famous New Orleans cocktails.
The Rehab Brass Band will be providing the second-line rhythms and dirty brass funk sounds to keep you on your feet and ticket holders will be encouraged to dress for the occasion.
Meantime’s kitchen team will step away from the taco station for the night and draw from their personal experiences in New Orleans to deliver some truly authentic dishes.
Things will also be transformed behind the bar too, serving up an array of traditional N’awlins cocktails including the famousSazerac.
All tickets include four dishes per person and a cocktail on arrival.
